Your name. At the Best address.
by internet.Best
Start at creators.best/yourname, then get yourname.creators.best.
Every handle you have is somebody else’s property with your name typed into it. On creators.Best you have an address instead: free at creators.best/yourname, and from Pro its own, yourname.creators.best.
It is the one part of your presence no platform can rename, throttle or bury — and the part the hub, the follow, the private rows and the messages are all attached to.
The address, on the hub it opens.
What the address carries
Six things that follow from having an address rather than a handle.
creators.best is a .best name, run by internet.Best; .best itself has been operated by domains.Best since 2018 — more about .best.
A handle, and an address
The same name, in two places that could not be less alike.
| What is being compared | A handle on a platform | yourname.creators.best |
|---|---|---|
| What it says | The platform's name first, then a string with yours in it | Your name first, on creators.best |
| Who can take it away | The platform, for a rule, a trademark claim or a mistake | Not a social platform: it is not an account inside one |
| If you want the same name elsewhere | Take whatever is left, usually with digits after it | One address, and every channel links to it |
| Proving it is you | Whatever the badge scheme costs this year | One official page, and Premium puts a certified badge on it |
| What happens when the platform dies | The handle dies with it | The address is unaffected; link it from what comes next |
